The NASFAA 2026 National Conference will be held in person June 29 through July 2, 2026, at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, MD.

* NASFAA Value members receive a 5% discount, and Value Plus members receive a 10% discount beyond the first fully paid registration at their institution. Discount is not available for on-site registrations. 

 

Your registration fee includes:

  • Access to all sessions and exhibits, as well as lounges that offer coffee, professional headshots, infused water, charging stations, and gaming.
  • Access to all session handouts for six months following the event.
  • Perspectives of Belonging event with a light reception.
  • Beverage breaks and afternoon snacks.
  • An opening reception on Monday night with drinks and heavy hors d'oeuvres.
  • A 60th Anniversary celebration on Wednesday night with drinks and heavy hors d'oeuvres.

Each participant is responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, other meal costs, and incidental expenses. Please note that plated meals are not provided.

Sign Language Service Requests

Requests for sign language interpreters should be emailed to [email protected] by April 10, 2026. Requests for accommodations submitted after the deadline will be considered; however, NASFAA may not be able to provide the requested accommodation due to insufficient advance notice.

Cancellation / Change of Attendee Policy

When you register for the conference, you are agreeing to comply with the following cancellation fee schedule:

  • $50 (Through Friday, May 1)
  • $75 (May 2 to May 22)
  • $100 (May 23 to May 29)
  • $0 refund on May 30 or later (see Cancellation Due to Illness policy below)

Please note: These fees apply to both Pay Later and Pay Now registrations. If you do not cancel or complete the Change of Attendee Form to indicate who will attend in your place by 5:00 p.m. ET on May 29, 2026, you will be responsible for the full amount of the registration fees and will be billed. Once you note a replacement attendee, no cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellation Due to Illness

If you experience any symptoms associated with COVID-19 or the flu in the days leading up to or during the conference, you may complete the Cancellation Form and indicate so in the "Reason for Cancellation" field. You will be issued a full refund. We thank you for your dedication to helping prevent any potential spread and keeping other conference attendees and staff safe.

Event Conduct Policy

NASFAA is committed to providing a safe, productive, and harassment-free environment at its conferences, trainings, board and committee meetings, and other NASFAA-sponsored events. NASFAA prohibits harassment or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disability, ethnicity, national origin, or other protected status. It also prohibits sexual harassment or intimidation, including unwelcome sexual attention, stalking (physical or virtual), or unsolicited physical contact, and threatening behavior.

These conduct rules apply to all attendees and participants at any NASFAA-sponsored event, including in online events. Any violations should be reported immediately to a member of the NASFAA staff. We also expect participants to alert staff or security to any dangerous situations or to anyone in distress.

NASFAA reserves the right to remove any individual from attendance or other participation in any NASFAA-sponsored event without prior warning or refund, and to take additional action as determined necessary, up to and including expulsion from participation in NASFAA.

Scam Notification

Every year, NASFAA is alerted to scam campaigns related to our conferences. As a registered attendee, you should only be contacted by authorized representatives from NASFAA. Official communications will be sent via email using the nasfaa.org domain, unless otherwise noted by NASFAA on this website. If you receive any suspicious communications, please notify [email protected] and share as much detail as possible (name, contact information, organization).

Event Photography and Recording Notice

When you attend a NASFAA event, you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.

NASFAA may use these photos, videos, or recordings to highlight our events and initiatives, including sharing them on our website, social media, and in other promotional materials. By attending, you permit NASFAA to use images and recordings of you for these purposes. If you have any concerns, please email us at [email protected].
