Each participant is responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, other meal costs, and incidental expenses. Please note that plated meals are not provided.
Requests for sign language interpreters should be emailed to [email protected] by April 10, 2026. Requests for accommodations submitted after the deadline will be considered; however, NASFAA may not be able to provide the requested accommodation due to insufficient advance notice.

When you register for the conference, you are agreeing to comply with the following cancellation fee schedule:
Please note: These fees apply to both Pay Later and Pay Now registrations. If you do not cancel or complete the Change of Attendee Form to indicate who will attend in your place by 5:00 p.m. ET on May 29, 2026, you will be responsible for the full amount of the registration fees and will be billed. Once you note a replacement attendee, no cancellation fees will apply.

If you experience any symptoms associated with COVID-19 or the flu in the days leading up to or during the conference, you may complete the Cancellation Form and indicate so in the "Reason for Cancellation" field. You will be issued a full refund. We thank you for your dedication to helping prevent any potential spread and keeping other conference attendees and staff safe.
NASFAA is committed to providing a safe, productive, and harassment-free environment at its conferences, trainings, board and committee meetings, and other NASFAA-sponsored events. These conduct rules apply to all attendees and participants at any NASFAA-sponsored event, including in online events. Any violations should be reported immediately to a member of the NASFAA staff. NASFAA reserves the right to remove any individual from attendance or other participation in any NASFAA-sponsored event without prior warning or refund, and to take additional action as determined necessary, up to and including expulsion from participation in NASFAA.

Every year, NASFAA is alerted to scam campaigns related to our conferences. As a registered attendee, you should only be contacted by authorized representatives from NASFAA. Official communications will be sent via email using the nasfaa.org domain, unless otherwise noted by NASFAA on this website. If you receive any suspicious communications, please notify [email protected] and share as much detail as possible (name, contact information, organization).
When you attend a NASFAA event, you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.
NASFAA may use these photos, videos, or recordings to highlight our events and initiatives, including sharing them on our website, social media, and in other promotional materials.
