The NASFAA 2026 National Conference will be held at:

Hotel rates start at $264. 

NASFAA's housing partner is IMN Solutions. We do not partner with any other outside housing companies. The only official hotel booking links are those provided directly by NASFAA.  If you are contacted by a third party offering hotel reservations, please do not book through them.

How to Reserve Your Room

You must register for the conference before booking your hotel room. Once the registration process is complete, select "Book your hotel reservations now" on the confirmation page to proceed to the reservations area. Users will not be automatically directed from the confirmation page. Hotel reservation instructions are also included in the registration confirmation email and in the Attendee Hub.

IMN Solutions will email reservation acknowledgments within 24 hours for bookings made online or by telephone. If you do not receive your acknowledgment in this time frame, please contact IMN Solutions at [email protected]. You will not receive written confirmation from the hotel until after the reservation close date of May 29, 2026.

Travel Delays

If you experience any travel delays, please contact the hotel where you will be staying to request that they modify your reservation and/or hold a room for you.

Housing Policies

• IMN Solutions must receive reservations by May 29, 2026. After May 29, the convention rate is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
• Reservations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to room availability.
• Individuals making reservations may secure their reservation by providing a credit card that will be placed on file to hold the reservation. This credit card will not be charged unless a cancellation occurs under the terms of the cancellation policy.
• Under the terms of service, cancellations received after May 29, 2026, will be charged a processing fee equal to one night’s room rate and applicable taxes. IMN Solutions will charge this fee at the time of cancellation for each room reservation canceled.
• Room reservations canceled within 72 hours of arrival will incur a charge of one night’s room and tax to the credit card on file for the reservation.
