Key Deadline Information
- January 9, 2026 - 10% deposit due for right of first refusal orders
- Friday, March 6, 2026 - Deadline to submit Business Affiliate Seminar (if applicable)
- Friday, March 27, 2026 - Exhibit cancellation deadline
- Friday, May 1, 2026 - Charity Sponsor registration deadline
- Friday, May 1, 2026 - Final payment due (for all exhibit booth space and sponsorship items purchased)
- Friday, June 5, 2026 - Deadline for exhibitor sign-up
- Friday, June 12, 2026 - Company information for online exhibit information due
- Friday, June 12, 2026 - Deadline for advance warehouse shipping discount
- Friday, June 26, 2026 - Final deadline for items to arrive at the shippping warehouse
