In late 2020, the NASFAA Board of Directors voted to update the NASFAA Code of Conduct regarding aid offer requirements. Recently, NASFAA has taken the initiative to update its aid offer models to reflect these changes and provide institutions with an example of how they could create their aid offers to accurately include all required NASFAA aid offer code of conduct components. The aid offer examples have also been updated to include new terms and requirements specific to the signing of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 and regulations stemming from recent negotiated rulemaking sessions.
