Taylor Boteilho

Technology Project Manager, NASFAA

Taylor Boteilho joined NASFAA as the technology project manager supporting technology initiatives, system updates, and internal process improvements. 

Before joining NASFAA, Taylor held roles in training and program support within higher education, government, and event technology organizations. She worked at Portland State University as a residence director, where she worked with resident academic mentors. At the Arizona Department of Education, she managed technical and compliance training for grants. 

Taylor holds a master's degree in educational leadership and policy with a specialization in adult learning theory from Portland State University and a bachelor's degree in globalization and leadership from Central Washington University.

She lives in Washington with her husband, Bilal. She enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest beaches, traveling, and finding a new book.
