Skylar Back
Certification and Credentialing Specialist, NASFAA
Skylar Back is the certification and credentialing specialist at NASFAA, where she is dedicated to supporting the professional growth of financial aid administrators. Skylar received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Louisiana Tech University before starting her career in financial aid at her alma mater in 2019. Since then, Skylar has served at the community college, four-year university, and graduate professional levels. In 2024, she brought her experience and passion to NASFAA, where she is thrilled to help financial aid professionals grow and advance in their careers. Skylar lives in northern Louisiana with her husband, Chance, and their floppy-eared hound dog.
