Justin Chase Brown

Justin Chase Brown, Ph.D. is the senior director of scholarships, financial aid, & Husker Hub at University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Justin is a passionate advocate for access to higher education with demonstrated success in developing forward-thinking strategies, fostering leadership, and transforming student financial aid and enrollment operations. A first-generation college graduate, he brings personal experience and professional expertise to his work supporting students and strengthening the financial aid profession. He has served in leadership roles at flagship universities in Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska as well as at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and served as the 2024-25 president of RMASFAA. Known for his collaborative approach, Justin actively engages in national conversations on equity, policy, and professional development. He is a frequent presenter and contributor to state, regional, and national associations. Justin holds a doctorate in higher education leadership from Nebraska, a master's degree from Kansas, and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Texas A&M.
