Tayler Kreutter is the executive director of student financial services at Mount Holyoke College, where she oversees an $85 million financial aid program and leads transformative initiatives to improve access, transparency, and operational excellence. With over a decade of progressive leadership in higher education, Tayler brings a proven track record of driving institutional change, mentoring high-performing teams, and aligning financial strategy with student success. She currently serves as the past president of the Eastern Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (EASFAA) and is passionate about making people and organizations better through inclusive leadership, data-informed decisions, and service-centered innovation.
